We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit our contact form. This includes:

• Organisation name

• Message content

We process your contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to respond to your enquiry — and, where you have requested information about our services, on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your data is used solely to respond to your message and, where appropriate, to follow up on your EU funding enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain contact enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or a contractual relationship is established.

This website uses Sanity (sanity.io) as a content management backend. Sanity processes content data only; it does not receive your contact form submissions. Sanity is GDPR-compliant and stores data within the EU. For details, see sanity.io/legal/privacy.
