Managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, KKYDP is Turkey's flagship national grant for rural agricultural investments. In 2026, the maximum grant rate was raised from 50% to 70%, and digital agriculture, AI and automation were added to the eligible investment categories for the first time.
Projects between ₺100,000 and ₺30,000,000 in eligible investment cost can qualify. The application window is annual — missing the deadline means waiting another year.

IPARD — Instrument for
Pre-Accession Assistance
IPARD is the EU's rural development instrument for candidate countries, administered in Turkey by TKDK (Tarım ve Kırsal Kalkınmayı Destekleme Kurumu). It applies EU Common Agricultural Policy standards and subjects projects to European audit requirements.
